This self-study package provides essential technology competencies and enhances foundational IT skills to improve students' job performance.
Students will learn competencies such as how to Utilize a computer, its hardware, database, and network. In addition, introductory computer security concepts are taught, such as access controls and best practices.
Upon completion, the Certified Internet Technology Principles (CITP) candidate will be able to competently take the C)ITP exams as well as be able to understand basic IT principles to provide individuals with the fundamentals of computer and network security concepts.
There are no prerequisites to take this CITP self-study package.

Met de CITP E-Learning kun jij in jouw eigen tempo leren over de basisprincipes van informatiesystemen, zoals besturingssystemen, applicaties, databases, bestandssystemen, netwerken en informatiebeveiliging.
Het doornemen van de CITP E-Learning kan per persoon verschillen. Gemiddeld nemen mensen 2 tot 4 maanden de tijd om het volledige CITP cursusmateriaal door te nemen en zich voor te bereiden op het CITP certificeringsexamen.
